Children’s Ministry
Ministering to children is an important focus here at Pilgrim. Although God has given parents the primary responsibility for nurturing their children, we invite children to participate in a variety of Christ-centered, church-related, positive experiences. All children are welcome to be part of our programs, whether or not their parent is a regular attendee at Pilgrim.
Nursery
Our nursery provides a secure, loving atmosphere for infants to 3 years of age during the Worship and Sunday School hour. Our caring staff is intentional in providing a loving environment in which our littlest attendees begin to learn about the love of Jesus through play time, games, songs and Bible stories.
Sunday School
From 4 & 5 year olds through high school, the learning continues. For our elementary students, Group Publishing’s curriculum presents Bible truths in fun & interactive ways. Once a month all our elementary students meet together for an hour of singing, crafts, games & teaching. Tackling real life issues & situations, our Middle & High School students are challenged to take their faith to the next level. With electives ranging from Old Testament heroes to what the Bible has to say about today’s hottest topics, our students are encouraged to get serious about their relationship with God and to make their faith practical in their world.
